my work

My work is a holistic practice, which focusses one the body’s innate self-healing abilities.
 
I utilize spinal energetics, kundalini bodywork and my own learnings of somatic bodywork and therapy as a healing modality that helps regulate your system back to homeostasis. 
 
It’s important for me to create a space, where it feels safe for the nervous system to wind down and regulate, so we can slowly soften the armor that’s been created for you to exist in this world, to allow the body to drop its guard and allow the life force within to heal what is ready to heal.
 
By energetically activating your body, your life force will become active and start to move through your body; cleansing, releasing and processing everything that you are ready to surrender into and your body is ready to release.  
 
It is a modality that combines energy work, de-armouring (only in physical 1:1 sessions), somatics, breath work, shadow work and other exercises to help the body transform stagnant energy - in the form of trauma and unprocessed emotions - so that you can live more freely and not be burdened by the past.
 
The energy will flow through your body, which can be expressed through movements, tremors, sounds or mudras.
 
By increasing the energy in our body, our energetic field will expand and it is suddenly possible for trauma, unprocessed emotions and experiences to move out here, be felt and transformed into new energy and higher consciousness.
